Silken Shadows Vampire Community has evolved around circumstances and needs in the Vampire Community today. It has great intentions and fantastic ambitions. Its goal is to provide an informative service and communal gathering place for Real Vampires. SSVC is a knowledge base of Real Vampirism, legend, myth, fact, statistics, and much more. The soul purpose of SSVC is to encourage the discovery of self as well as experience the culture of Vampirism. We aim to debunk common theories, surprise the skeptic and educate the uneducated. Our doors are open to the real vampyre, goth, pagan and curious around the clock and we are always here to answer questions. We hope to cultivate lifelong friendships, accepting of each other with different sets of beliefs and lifestyles all the while learning from each other on a continuous basis. We can only hope to being to increase the communication and understanding among blood-drinkers, psi/energy vampires, and lifestylers; as well as bring this very diverse culture together as a unified whole.
